using the latest technology of the CNC control adapted to the internal
grinding process, we are able to grind multiple inside diameters, angles,
and faces.
Utilizing the ability
to chuck the part one time and grind two or more diameters, we can produce
parts with closer concentricity requirements more economically.
With the ability to
vary spindle speed and grinding spindle speed in the CNC program, we can
assure close tolerances of plus or minus .0001, depending on part size, and
finishes of 15rms or better.

Universal Grinder allows us to grind multiple diameters in same chucking or
between centers.
